Meet the creator of AML Designs
Kendra Raymond, the creator of AML Designs, was born and raised in Nebraska. Her paternal grandmother started teaching Kendra how to sew beginning at the age of 10. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Merchandising, & Fashion Design with a Minor in Theater, for Costume Design, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December 2013. The following February of 2014, she moved to California in pursuit of a career in costuming for Film and Television.
It took her a couple years of networking at southern California conventions & masquerade balls before she decided to go back to school.
For her second degree, earned at FIDM in Los Angeles, Kendra’s degree is in TV/Film Costuming; to be completed July 2020 due to the COVID Pandemic. Besides the numerous commissioned designs Kendra has completed, Rosie is her debut & first official IMDB film credit as a costume designer.
